Peddinghaus Iron Worker At the touch of a foot pedal , this machine will shear: flat bar up to 1'' thick, 12'' wide. 2'' round or square rod. 6'' x 6'' x 1/2'' angle iron, up to 45°. With a 110 ton punch, we can punch holes up to 1-1/4'' diameter in 1'' thick material. With the notcher station, we can take bites out of plate, up to 1/2'' thick. Durma 12' - 330 Ton Press Brake Bends plate or flat iron up to 1/2'' thick, 12' long. CNC backgauge for consistent accuracy. Bend sequences can be saved in programs for repeat jobs. This greatly reduces set up time, saving you $$$.

Pattern Cutter Pattern and Radiograph flame cutting table. Our pattern cutter will cut virtually any shape. A template is made of the desired shape, and bolted to an arm on the table. Then, a magnetic wheel on the torch follows the contours of the template, producing a consistent replica. For straight cuts on plates 5/8'' thick or greater, our radiograph is ready to use. The track is mounted on a motorized beam, so it can cut any direction at the push of a button. This reduces material handling, saving you $$$. IMAGE
